Submission Guidelines
Presentation Options
Authors submitting a refereed or working paper can express a preference for a standard presentation or illustrated (poster) presentation. Standard Presentations are allocated a specific time in one of the concurrent sessions and authors will present their work in a 15 min presentation with 5 mins for questions and commentary. Illustrated (Poster) Presentations are allocated one of the concurrent sessions for display of the paper in the conference venue, and authors will be required to be available during that period to engage in discussion with those interested in the results of their research. These sessions provide an opportunity to meet and engage with delegates in an atmosphere of inquiry.
While taking into account an author’s preference for presentation, the Program Committee reserves the option to allocate refereed and working papers a presentation style, depending on Program requirements. If a paper is not accepted as a refereed paper, it may still be accepted as a working paper.
